Instructions

Step 1
Remove giblets & pat chicken very dry.
Step 2
Lightly coat chicken with oil or butter.
Step 3
Mix all spice rub ingredients.
Step 4
Rub generously inside cavity, under skin if possible, and all over exterior.
Step 5
Stuff cavity with aromatics (don't overpack).
Step 6
Truss legs (optional, but helps even cooking).
Step 7
Secure chicken tightly on rotisserie spit.
Step 8
Prepare air fryer: Set to Rotisserie mode at 375°F.
Step 9
Start checking at 50 minutes depending on bird size; aim for 55-65 minutes.
Step 10
Check internal temp: Breast should be 165°F; Thigh, 175-180°F.
