Instructions
Step 1
In food processor pulse 10 ounces cauliflower florets into riced cauliflower. You can also use box grater.
Step 2
Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Step 3
Brown cauliflower in skillet for four minutes. Add 2 cloves garlic, ¼ teaspoon chili flakes, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 4 tablespoons parsley 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ cup almonds, and ½ cup grape tomatoes. Mix well.
Step 4
Serve warm and enjoy!
