Instructions

Step 1
Place sugar, sour cream and orange rind in the bowl of a food processor and combine. Add eggs, one at a time, and process to just combine. Add butter and process to combine. Sift over flour, baking powder and baking soda. Pulse to combine. Pour mixture into 12 paper case-filled muffin tins. Pop in the oven. When cool, ice. ICING: Melt butter. Mix in orange juice, icing sugar and food colouring until well combined.
