2 tspinstant yeast

Instructions
Making Dough
Step 1
Add warmed milk and sugar to a mixing bowl. Stir until combined.

Add instant yeast, vanilla flavour, and egg to milk and sugar mixture.

Add the flour and salt and combine with soft spatula until mostly combined. (NOTE: Add 2 tsp milk if too hard.)

After mostly combined start kneading dough. Add butter and combine.

On a clean and dry surface sprinkle flour and place down dough. Knead until smooth and stretchy. ( In this part of the video they are throwing dough down, pulling, folding over, kneading and repeating.)

As shown in the picture, round dough smooth. Oil a large clean bowl and place dough in bowl; oiling the dough as well. Cover with Reynolds wrap and let rise until doubled in size.

After dough has doubled in size remove from bowl. Flour clean dry surface place dough down, keeping it round shaped. Split dough in half with dough cutter.

Again round dough to keep circular shape. Sprinkle flour onto dough and use a rolling pin to flatten. Keeping it an inch thick.

Grab a Pizza cutter or a knife and cut into 8 peices. (If you want to use all the dough grab the other half and repeat Step 8 & 9.) Place each slice on parchment paper. Cover with a kitchen towel for 20 min.

In a large pot pour oil about half way. Oil should not be too hot. No smoking or popping. Place slices into pot. Remove parchment. Once Golden Brown flip over.

In a large bowl or plate combine sugar and cinnamon powder.
