​Roast at 170C for 15-20 minutes until fragrant

​Place seeds and salt in food processor and blend until creamy
Step 5
​Add oil only if needed to help the mixture turn smooth
Step 6
​Continue blending for 10-15 minutes while scraping sides
Step 7
​Stop when the butter becomes warm and creamy
