Instructions

Step 1
Cut bell peppers in half, remove stem and seeds. Place ‘cut side’ face down on baking tray. Bake at 250 for 30-45min (until top skin is blistered and slightly burnt). Then remove from oven and place into pot and cover with lid (to allow them to sweat and make it easier to peel off the outer skin layer). After it has cooled down, peel off the skin. Roasted peppers ready.
Step 2
Grind almonds in food processor. Then grind roasted peppers. Then mix them together. Add in the remaining ingredients into the mixture and mix. Sauce is ready.
