Instructions
Step 1
Boil & make pasta. Set aside
Step 2
Combine garlic, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice, white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and olive oil to create dressing. Pour into jar with lid and SHAKE
Step 3
Then, mix together pasta, couple handfuls of arugula (eyeball it), grated parm cheese, chopped basil.
Step 4
Pour dressing over pasta and combine
Step 5
Top with lemon slices, salt, pepper, and parm. Enjoy!
