Instructions

Step 1
Fill up the cannelloni with the bolognese sauce and keep then aside on a plate.

Spread a spoon or two of both bolognese sauce and béchamel on a casserole dish.

Step 3
Ease down all the cannelloni, one next to another in the casserole dish. It might be better if you make only one layer.
Step 4
If you have some bolognese sauce left, spread it on top of the cannelloni and then poor the béchamel sauce on top of it. Finish with as much grated parmesan as you want.

Cover your casserole dish and cover it with some foil. Cook the cannelloni in the over for about twenty minutes. Remove the foil and leave the casserole dish in the over for another ten minutes.
