Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and keep a little cooking water aside.
Step 2
Warm the olive oil in a pan over low heat and add the garlic, letting it slowly release its flavor without browning.
Step 3
Add the chili flakes and stir briefly to infuse the oil.
Step 4
Add the breadcrumbs and toast gently until lightly golden.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta to the pan with a splash of cooking water if needed, then toss well to coat.
Step 6
Finish with minced parsley and serve immediately.
