500gboneless skinless chicken breast
cut in 1 1/2" cubes
1red bell pepper
sliced
1onion
sliced
2 tspssesame oil
2 tspssriracha sauce
1 Tbsphoisin sauce
2 tbspssoy sauce
2 tspscornstarch
¼ tsp5 spice powder
1 cupfresh pineapple chunks
1 tsprice wine vinegar
1 Tbsphoney
1 Tbspoyster sauce
2green onions
sliced to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Mix everything except the honey, oyster sauce and green onions together in the slow cooker. Cover and set on high for 2 hours. In the last 30 minutes add the honey and oyster sauce and stir through. When done plate and garnish with sliced green onions. Lovely with jasmine rice!
