This is a quick and lean version of a Chinese takeaway dish.

Ingredients
3 servings
400gbeef steaks
thinly sliced
4 Tbspdark soy
5 Tbsplight soy
2 tsprice vinegar
5 clovesgarlic
crushed
2 Tbsphoisin sauce
3 Tbsporange juice
4 Tbsphoney
2 tspchilli flakes
1 Tbspcornflour
mixed with water to a paste
1red pepper
sliced
200gdried egg noodles
350mlchicken stock
hot
spring onions
Chopped, to garnish
sesame seeds
to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients (except red pepper, noodles and stock) in slow cooker and stir. Cook on high for 2 hours.
Step 2
Add red pepper, noodles and stock. Stir and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Garnish with spring onion and sesame seed.
