Instructions
Step 1
Combine crackers and taco mix. Dip the chicken, one piece at a time, into the egg/milk mixture, then into the cracker mixture. Place in a greased baking pan

Bake for about 15 minutes @ 350 F
Step 3
Remove from oven and pour the tomatoes and salsa over the chicken
Step 4
Bake for about 15 minutes
Step 5
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for another 10-20 minutes. Serve with rice and nacho chips.
