Instructions
Step 1
Place 12 eggs in freezer for 10 min
Step 2
Place a pot of water on high heat and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Remove eggs from freezer and place them into boiling water. Boil for 14 minutes.
Step 4
Place eggs into ice water for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Peal eggs
Step 6
Cut eggs lengthwise & remove all yolks
Step 7
Add ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until smooth: - 12 Egg yolks
- Mayo 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp
- Mustard 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 3/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
Step 8
Spoon egg yolk mix equally into each halved egg white & sprinkle with paprika
