Oven preheated to 350f 170c
Step 2
Put all ingredients into a blender mix until a smooth batter pour into greased or lined a 6 cup muffin pan
Step 3
Fill 3/4 way up each
Step 4
Bake 20 to 25 mins until tops lightly browned still jiggly
Step 5
Leave to rest in the pan until cooled then remove and dust with the powered sugar (icing sugar)
