Instructions
Step 1
Crust: Mix all ingredients by hand until soft dough forms. Form dough into walnut size balls and press into mini muffin pans. Press down the center of each tart with thumb.
Step 2
Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Press down center and sides of shell again.
Step 4
Filling: Combine all filling ingredients and blend until smooth. Use a 1-inch scooper to scoop fling into tarts.
Step 5
Bake tarts for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 6
Cool and remove from mufin pans.
