Instructions
Step 1
Halve an onion and cut into thin strips.
Step 2
Add onion in a pan (with oil) and stir for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Add 1 tsp sugar, stock concentrate, 2 TBSP water, and salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add onion and mozzarella cheese on top of cooked protein, and cook for 2 minutes.
