Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°
Step 2
Slice all vegetables into 1/4 inch circles

Add marinara to bottom of baking dish (I use a large cast iron skillet)
Step 4
Arrange vegetables in any pattern you like on top of the marinara sauce
Step 5
Combine herbs and oil

thymethyme2 tsp
avocado oilavocado oil¼ cup
oreganooregano2 tsp
basilbasil2 tsp
Step 6
Spoon or pour herb mixture over the vegetables and cover with aluminum foil.
Step 7
Bake covered at 375° for 40 minutes.
Step 8
Uncover and add cheese(optional) bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes
