Then put it in the freezer as long as needed

Put milk and the pudding powder and mix and then put in freezer until firm

Step 4

First put the blue jello

Step 5

Then the pudding

Step 6

Last put two or five sprinkles standing up for hair

Step 7

Then on the cups draw a minion face

Step 8
