Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Once brown, using a paper towel, blot out excess fat. Add in butter, onion, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until onions are softened.
Step 2
Sprinkle flour over meat mixture, and let that cook out for a minute. Then pour in beef broth, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce - making sure to scrape and loosen brown bits on the pan.
Step 3
Bring to simmer and add the egg noodle. Cover and reduced heat, and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Once noodles are cooked remove from heat and mix in sour cream and cheddar cheese. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes before serving with fresh parsley to taste.
