Instructions
Step 1
Season cubed steak as desired and cook on medium high heat until preferred doneness. Add butter, minced garlic, and parsley and mix until well coated.
Step 2
Cook diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant. Mix in tomato paste. Add orzo, mix, and toast for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add beef broth and seasonings. Mix and bring to boil. Cover and simmer on low for 7-8 minutes.
Step 4
Mix in heavy cream and cook on low for a few minutes. And parsley and cheese.
Step 5
Plate with a vegetable and enjoy!
