Instructions
Step 1
In large skillet, brown ground beef
Step 2
In 4 qt slow cooker add all ingredients except for the noodles and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours
Step 3
In small container add corn starch and water and stir until combined then add to slow cooker. This will slightly thicken the sauce
Step 4
Cook egg noodles according to package
Step 5
To serve, add cooked noodles to bowl then cover with mozzarella cheese then beefy onion sauce and stir to melt mozzarella.
