Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees
(fan assisted)
Step 2
To a frying pan on a medium heat at your diced chicken, tomatoes, onion and peppers with a splash of oil and fry until the chicken is cooked and the veg is soft
Step 3
Once cooked add in the chopped tomatoes, tomatoes puree, tikka paste and spices and simmer for a few minutes until you get a thick sauce
Step 4
Spread the curry evenly over the large naan, top with some mozzarella and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling
