For the wings

1 tspgarlic powder
0.5chicken bouillon tablet
1 tspcayenne pepper
0.5lime
Juice
1 Tbspgochugang
optional
1 TbspCorn starch
or as needed
Oil
for frying, as needed
For the sauce
Instructions
Chicken prep
Step 1
Add your chicken wings to bowl , pat them dry if needed then add all the ingredients listed then set aside

Sauce prep
Step 2
In sauce pan over medium heat at the oil, allow it get hot then add your garlic, ginger, and red chili pepper flakes. Sauté for a few minutes
Step 3
Add the rum if you’re using it , if not add the water & mix. Add the brown & white sugar & mix . Then add the soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil . Stir in the corn starch . Then over medium low heat cook the sauce for 3-5 minutes or until thickened . Finish off with the butter

Step 4
Using a frying pan add your frying oil . Should be around 350 or over fry over medium heat .
Frying chicken!
Step 5
Add in your wings and cook for 5 minutes; remove them and turn up the just a little add the wings back in cook for another 3-5 minutes. Should come nice & crispy. Cook longer if needed
Step 6
Add the cooked wings to a bowl , then add your sauce and toss until well coated . Then serve!
