Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix together yeast, sugar and Luke warm milk and set aside.
Step 2
2. Once the yeast blooms, add in the butter, flour and salt and mix into a dough using an electric mixer or by hand.
Step 3
3. Set the dough aside to rise (until it doubles) for about 1-2 hours.
Step 4
4. Prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing together the butter, sugar and cinnamon into a paste like mixture.

5. Roll out your dough on a flat surface into a rectangle of about 1/2 inch thick and spread the filling evenly.
Step 6
6. Slowly, starting from one end of the rectangle, roll the dough into a log.
Step 7
7. Using either a knife or thread, cut the log into equally sized pinwheels.
Step 8
8. Place the cinnamon rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper/ greased with butter and let them proof for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 9
9. Drizzle heated fresh cream over each roll for extra fluffy rolls.
Step 10
10. Bake at 180 degrees celsius/ 350 degrees fahrenheit in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

11. After letting them cool, spread preferred amount of cream cheese icing onto each cinnamon roll
