Mango Peanut Sauce

This is the type of sauce I wish I could take a swim in. Sweet, savory, and so delicious-it's best served on everything. But seriously, try it with my Broccoli Stem Summer Rolls (here) and Nutty Noodle Bowl (here)

Ingredients
4 servings
1mango
ripe, peeled, pitted, and chopped roughly
3 tablespoonspeanut butter
1garlic clove
1 piecefresh ginger
1 - inch, minced
1juice of lime
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
or gluten-free tamari
1 teaspoonpure maple syrup
1 tablespoonswater
warm, as needed to thin
FOR SERVING
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender, combine all the ingredients, except the garnishes, and blend until smooth. Garnish with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes, as desired.
Step 2
Storage: Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days (or longer ... just do the smell test).
