Ingredients
6 servings
½ cuproasted unsalted cashews
or raw, soaked 30 min
2garlic cloves
roasted for mellow, raw for bold
1 ”fresh ginger
knob, peeled
1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil
2 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspsoy sauce
or coconut aminos
1 Tbsplime juice
to taste
1 Tbspmaple syrup
or honey
1 Tbspchili crisp
or chili oil
½ tspsalt
⅓ cupwater
adjust for consistency
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
Step 2
Blend until completely smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Step 3
Taste and adjust lime, salt, or heat to your preference.
Step 4
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
