Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 Celsius

Combine the sugars in a bowl

Combine flour, Bicarbonate of soda and baking powder
Step 4
Cut butter into small cubes and mix to loosen
Step 5
Add sugars, mix 30 seconds
Step 6
Add chocolate, mix 30 seconds
Step 7
Add flour, Bicarbonate of soda and baking powder, mix 30-45 seconds
Step 8
Add eggs, mix until dough forms
Step 9
Divide into 16 x 96g balls (can now freeze to cook later - if so, add 7-8m to cooking time)
Step 10
Cook on greased cookie sheet, well spaced, on top shelf of oven for 15 minutes. Move to cooling rack for 5m to firm up
