Instructions

Hot fudge sauce

Step 1
Bring cream, corn syrup, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, and half the chocolate to a boil in a 1 quart - 1 1/2 quart heavy saucepan, over moderate heat, until chocolate is melted. Reduce heat and cook at a low boil, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Add butter, vanilla, and remaining chocolate until smooth.
Step 2
Pour hot fudge into the pie crust and put in freezer while putting the ice cream together
Step 3
Soften enough ice cream to fill pie crust and mix in mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips. Spread ice cream over fudge. Top with caramel.
