Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the roasted potatoes on a baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 2
While that’s baking, combine the honey and mustard in a small bowl.
Step 3
Slice the salmon in half, and rub with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 4
Wash and dry the asparagus spears and trim the bottom. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 5
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, push the roasted potatoes to one side, and add the salmon and asparagus. Top the salmon with the honey mustard.
Step 6
Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 12–15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve and garnish with parsley (optional).
