Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°c Fan

2. Cut waffles into 1 inch squares

3. Chop white chocolate

4. Place half the waffles in deep dish, sprinkle half the chopped white choc and half the raspberries repeat layers.

5. microwave on high for 3mins until raspberries are defrosted.

6. Mix caster sugar, flour, creme fraiche, eggs and vanilla extract with a whisk

7. Spoon over mixture and bake for 30-35 mins until golden brown
Step 8
8. Remove from oven and cool for 10mins then sprinkle with icing sugar.
Step 9
Serve with ice cream.
