Step 1
Toast the brioche slices until golden brown.
Step 2
Meanwhile whisk the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff
Step 3
Crush the biscuits by hand or with a rolling pin and slice the banana.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a water bath.
Step 5
Spread one brioche slice with melted chocolate and the other with dulce de leche.
Step 6
Top the bottom half with the banana slices, crushed biscuits and whipped cream.
Step 7
Stack the other brioche slice on top and enjoy!
