Instructions
Step 1
in a large bowl, toss chicken, potatoes, and veggies with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, dill, salt and pepper
Step 2
spread everything on a sheet pan evenly
Step 3
roast for 25-30 minutes at 425 until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender (stir halfway for an even cook)
Step 4
Top with feta before serving
