Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it ready for your meatballs.
Step 2
Prepare the meatballs: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, minced garlic, egg, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended, and then shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
Step 3
Bake the meatballs: Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 4
Make the tzatziki sauce: While the meatballs bake, prepare the refreshing tzatziki sauce. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy: Once the meatballs are baked, remove them from the oven and serve them hot alongside the cool and tangy tzatziki sauce for dipping.
