Instructions

Step 1
2 ripe bananas.
Step 2
Peel and slice bananas into 1-inch thick rounds. Set aside.
Step 3
1 cup pancake mix - 3/4 cup water.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, whisk pancake mix and water until smooth. Dip each banana slice into the batter, coating evenly.
Step 5
Non-stick spray or oil for frying.
Step 6
Preheat air fryer to 380°F or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook banana bites until golden and crispy, about 6-8 minutes in air fryer or 2-3 minutes per side in skillet.
Step 7
1/2 cup granulated sugar - 1 tsp ground cinnamon - 1/2 cup chocolate chips - 1 tbsp milk.
Step 8
Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl. Roll cooked bites in cinnamon sugar. Melt chocolate chips with milk in microwave (30-second intervals), then drizzle over bites before serving.
