Instructions
Step 1

Grind 15 grams of coffee beans.
Step 2

Heat water to 90–96°C
Step 3

Rinse the paper filter with hot water.
Step 4

Add ground coffee into the immersion dripper, close the valve.
Step 5

Pour in 150 grams of hot water and start a 5-minute timer.
Step 6

While waiting, put 70 grams of ice cubes into the server.
Step 7

After 5 minutes, place dripper on server and open valve to let coffee drip onto ice.

Stir gently before serving
