Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf
6 steps
Prep:15minCook:1h
Everything‘s better with bacon even meatloaf. There’s just something about the flavor. I can put the two exact same recipes down on the table, but the one wrapped in bacon will always go faster.

Instructions
Step 1
In a gallon Ziploc bag add all ingredients (Except the Bacon 🥓) zip the top and combine all ingredients well.
Step 2

Depending on the container best suited for your entertaining needs foil or Glass is just fine. Lay your 🥓 Bacon in the pattern you would like across the bottom of the pan leaving the excess out of the pan. I like to do a herringbone pattern just for looks.
Step 3
Place mixture that is in the Ziploc bag into the loaf pan. Once the mixture is in the pan you can use the Ziploc bag as a glove. Just turn it inside out and press the meat down into the pan until it fits nicely.
Step 4
Fold the bacon and desired pattern across the top of the meatloaf and garnish as you please.
Step 5

Place the meatloaf in a preheated oven at 350° and bake for one to one and a half hours or until done. Ovens may vary.
Step 6
Serve with your favorite starch, green, or both.
Enjoy!
