4 Tbspsour cream
300mlchicken stock
2 Tbsptomato paste

Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add protein, tomato paste & onion, cook for 3 mins.
Step 2
Mix in mushrooms, cooking until softened. Add Mingle's recipe base & remaining veg
Step 3
Add in the stock, cover the pot & lower the heat to simmer for 20 mins. Add spinach & sour cream & let wilt for 5 mins with the heat off.
Step 4
Serve with your pasta. Top with chives. Yummo
