Step 1
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Step 2
In a 9x13 pan place block of cream cheese in center.
Step 3
Add uncooked egg noodles around cream cheese.
Step 4
Pour the soup evenly, squeeze the Dijon mustard evenly throughout.
Step 5
Spread evenly the shredded uncooked ribeye and pour the beef stock over it all. Season with thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and mix everything together well to mix in the cream cheese. Serve.
