Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
Step 2
Pulse the almonds and pecans a few times so some pieces stay chunky.
Step 3
Mix nuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
Step 4
Warm maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla just until liquid, then stir into the dry mix.
Step 5
Press firmly into the pan and bake about 18 to 22 minutes, until lightly golden.
Step 6
Cool completely before cutting so the bars hold together.
