Instructions
Step 1
Leave your butter and eggs out for a while to thaw. Preheat oven to 350, and put parchment paper on your pan. Now it's time for the juicy part. You're gonna need a mixing bowl, a glass bowl, another glass bowl, an electric beater, a whisk, and a spoon. Put 4 cups of flour, a good sprinkle of cream of tartar, a nice dash of baking soda, a pinch of salt, and a tablespoon of cinnamon into a glass bowl. Let's call it your dry ingredients bowl. Just whisk that together really nice. Now, dump 5 cups of sugar and your soft butter into the mixing bowl. You're gonna wanna beat that together until it's light, thick, and fluffy. Don't over mix, but make sure it's not lumpy and powdery. Then crack two eggs into your batter and beat it again. Then you're gonna pour some vanilla extract into the cap and dump that in. Next, you're gonna pour all the contents of your dry ingredient bowl into your batter and cream it all together. Give the cookie dough a taste, if you're comfortable. It's quite good! Now, you're gonna move to your other glass bowl. Pour some sugar and cinnamon in it, and mix it together with your spoon. Make sure it comes out a pale brown. Then, roll your dough into very tiny balls and roll it around in the cinnamon sugar. Put your dough balls on the pan, and stick them in the oven for 6-8 minutes. Once your cookies come out, take a spoon, scoop up your cinnamon sugar, and shake some onto your cookies. If it's too much, just shake a little bit off your cookies. Voila! They're done, and deliciously good.
