Instructions

Step 1
Soak farfel or matzo pieces in water until soft. Drain but do not squeeze dry.
Step 2
Beat eggs with salt, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon. Add to matzo mixture.
Step 3
Stir in chopped nuts, chopped apples, and raisins.
Step 4
Pour into an eight- by eight-inch coated pan. Dot with additional butter or margarine. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
