Instructions
Step 1
Wash the rice twice with water
Step 2
Put oil in pot, add vermicelli, on 5/6 heat, keep mixing until it STARTS to get golden, decrease heat to 3
Step 3
Add rice
Step 4
Mix a little then add the water and the salt, increase heat until it boils then simmer on 3 with lid on until water dries (around 20 min)
