Savar Bulgur pilaf

Savar Bulgur pilaf This kurdish style Bulgur Pilaf is a delicious and healthy recipe. I added vermicelli and cooked it in chicken broth instead of water for an extra rich flavor. You can make this vegan or vegetarian by substituting the chicken broth for vegetable broth and the chicken bouillon for salt or vegetable flavored bouillon.
