Instructions

Step 1
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot and heat.
Step 2
Poor and a quarter a cup of orzo and let slightly brown then pour in one cup of rice and mixed together with the orzo.
Step 3
Pour in 2 cups of chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Turned down to simmer and add in the spinach and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until all water is evaporated. Fluff with a fork and serve.
