Pizza? In a bowl? High protein? And vegetarian? This High Protein Pizza Bowl mixes together cottage cheese and tomato sauce as a base, and is topped with mozzarella for a perfect pizza in a bowl. It's a low carb and lower fat option, that has 35 g of protein in a 350 calorie bowl.

Add cottage cheese, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes to a medium bowl. Mix until fully combined with a silicone spatula.
Step 2

Divide across 2 small microwave safe bowls, about 340 g each. Top each bowl with 1/4 cup (28 g) shredded mozzarella. Add on any other desired toppings.
Step 3

Cover with a plate and microwave for 1 minute. Let cool for 1 minute before eating.
