Step 1
Chop bell pepper
Step 2
Cut the chicken tenderloins into small cubes
Take the cut up chicken out it into a bowl and add seasonings and oils and mix to get seasonings incorporated

In a pan on high heat add the peppers and some water. Once the peppers are soft (about 5 minutes) add in chicken to cook
Step 4
Prepare toppings (cut lettuce, pico de gallo) and sauce (Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt)
Step 5
On the Joseph’s pita bread add chicken bell pepper mixture and fat free cheese. Fold the pita in half and press it together. Spray a little bit of cooking spray and cook in an air fryer at 400 degrees for 3 minutes
Step 6
When it’s done cooking pull your chalupa open add pico de gallo, lettuce, and spicy sauce
