Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with reusable baking parchment.
Step 2
In a large bowl, use a fork to thoroughly mash the ripe bananas until they form a smooth liquid paste.
Step 3
Tip the rolled oats, raisins, and optional ground cinnamon into the mashed banana.
Sir the mixture thoroughly until a thick, sticky cookie dough forms.
Step 4
Divide into 8 equal balls, place on the baking tray, and flatten them into cookie shapes with the back of a spoon.
Step 5
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until firm and golden around the edges.
