Instructions
Step 1
In a big bowl add in the 2 cups of warm water, ¹/² cup of honey, and 2 ¹/² tsps of dry active yeast and stir.
Step 2
Let sit for 10 minutes then add in the 3 Tbsps of melted butter, 1 tsp of salt, and 5 cups of flour.
Step 3
Knead and add flour until no longer sticky then cover and place somewhere warm for 2 hours to rise.
Step 4
After the 2 hours take the dough and divide it into two and place in your greased baking pans.
Step 5
Set bread back in warm spot in the baking dishes for another 30 minutes to rise again before cooking in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 6
(Optional ~ Baste tops of bread with butter when their fresh out of the oven and hot)
