Instructions

Step 1
Mix the savory spread: In a small bowl, stir the softened cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together until it is completely smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Lay out the tortillas: Lay your two regular flour tortillas flat on the counter.
Step 3
Spread the base: Use a butter knife to spread an even layer of the seasoned onion cream cheese over the entire surface of both tortillas, leaving a tiny border around the edges.
Step 4
Layer the cheese and beef: Place 2 slices of Provolone cheese flat on each tortilla over the cream cheese spread. Layer your Buddig roast beef slices evenly over the top of the cheese.
Step 5
Roll them tight: Roll each tortilla up as tightly as possible into a log shape. Wrap each log tightly in a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
Step 6
Chill and slice: Pop the wrapped rolls into the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes. This firms up the cream cheese so your pinwheels stay neat and clean when you cut them. Unwrap, slice into thick bite-sized wheels, and serve cold.
