Instructions

Step 1
Dry the peaches: Place your canned peach slices flat on a double layer of paper towels. Pat the tops firmly with another paper towel to remove all excess juice. This step is critical so the smooth mascarpone cheese doesn't slide around.
Step 2
Season the cheese: In a small bowl, gently stir the mascarpone cheese and ground cinnamon together until smooth and spreadable.
Step 3
Lay out the tortillas: Place your two regular flour tortillas flat on your counter space.
Step 4
Spread the layers: Divide the seasoned mascarpone cheese evenly between both tortillas and spread it out flat with a butter knife. Next, spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella directly over the mascarpone layer on each tortilla.
Step 5
Add the peaches: Arrange your dry peach slices in a flat, single layer over the Nutella. Leave a tiny border around the edges of the tortilla so the filling doesn't squeeze out.
Step 6
Roll and chill: Roll each tortilla up as tightly as possible into a log. Wrap each log tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper.
Step 7
Slice and serve: Place the wrapped logs into the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes. Because mascarpone is softer and richer than regular cream cheese, this chill step is required to firm up the roll. Unwrap, slice into thick wheels, and serve ice-cold.
